Registration on OroviaFX is available by referral only. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including a valid email address and phone number, and keep this information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Each individual may hold only one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate duplicate, fraudulent, or improperly registered accounts.

OroviaFX provides access to performance-based earning programs linked to gold trading and a multi-level referral structure. All returns are performance-based and are not guaranteed.

Trading and investment activities involve significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only commit capital that you can afford to lose.

OroviaFX is not a licensed financial advisor, and nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any decision.

Each deposit constitutes a separate investment plan with its own start date, earning cap, and expiry period, as described on the platform. Earnings, including ROI, referral commissions, and dividends, are credited according to the rules in effect at the time.

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification, processing times, and any minimum thresholds or fees disclosed on the platform. We may require additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal.

We reserve the right to withhold, adjust, or reverse any earnings or transactions that result from error, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Referral commissions are earned in accordance with the multi-level structure published on the platform. A referral code becomes active only after the referring member satisfies the platform's qualifying conditions.

You may not engage in deceptive, spam, or otherwise prohibited practices to recruit members. Misrepresenting the platform, guaranteeing returns, or making false claims is strictly prohibited and may result in termination.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, money laundering, or circumventing security features.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to financial services, anti-money laundering, and taxation in your jurisdiction.

To comply with regulatory obligations, we may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before accessing certain features, including withdrawals. You agree to provide accurate documentation upon request.

We may suspend access to features, or to the account, until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with OroviaFX are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OroviaFX and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, capital, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
